For over 25 years Chicago Case has developed custom case solutions for a wide variety of industrial case needs. In that time we have developed a reputation as problem solvers. From medical equipment to electric meters to rock band gear, there are very few case problems that we can’t solve. The most frequently asked question of our sales department is "How do I get a custom case made?" The first step is for us to get information about the product to be shipped. PREMIUM WINE AND STEMWARE TRAVEL CASE
A wine -enthusiast wanted to safely package for sale 2 bottles of premium wine. Chicago Case developed a custom solution that included a flexible die cut foam with black felt top layer which holds the bottles plus either 4 glass goblets, or 2 glass stemware.

This custom case features a wide variety of customized inserts for test equipment and accessories. The hinged fallboard insert opens to allow access to user manuals and other test reference materials.

MILITARY CASE
This system contains approximately 40 lbs of fixed electronics for use by the United States Marine Corps and Army personnel. The vast majority of these systems are deployed either in Iraq, Kuwait, or U.S. bases with high environmental stresses. This case has proven to provide an excellent barrier to salt water and very ferrous sands, both of which are highly destructive to electronic components.

MICROPHONE and GEAR CASE
A custom foam insert has twenty-one 2-inch diameter holes to protect at least that many microphones - enough for a complete show. An additional 2-inch slot across the entire front holds extras like direct boxes, oversized mics, cables and other accessories. It was designed to meet the needs of sound engineers who depend on carrying their mic kit with them for "fly-ins" and one-offs. The case is available in a non-cart configuration.
